Portable Core & Standalone Repos
Engines are built to live as their own repos and even run outside Studio from a CLI.
In progress: the standalone harness is firming up in 2.0.
At a glance
- Engine repo layout (XTTS as the example).
- A CLI entry point and dependency path.
- A standalone builder harness.
Repo layout
Each engine is a self-contained repo (XTTS is the worked example) that Studio installs via git. The same folder runs in Studio and on its own.
CLI & harness
A CLI entry point lets an engine run without the app, which is handy for development and testing. A builder harness helps package and verify a standalone engine.
