- Passes a security & safety review.
- Is stable and performs reasonably.
- Is self-contained and properly licensed.
Security & safety
Engines run code, so safety comes first. Respect the boundaries (no app imports, only write to allowed paths), and disclose any network use.
Stability & performance
It should work reliably and not hog resources. Declare an honest resource profile so scheduling can do its job.
Self-contained & licensed
Everything in the repo, with a clear license. Tests included, weights downloaded on first use, license stated in the manifest.
